Lyubov Sobol detained at the exit of her headquarters
The opposition leader planned to attend a rally in support of independent candidates.
Anti-Corruption Foundation legal adviser, Lyubov Sobol, who for the Moscow City Duma in constituency No. 43, has been detained at the exit from her election headquarters on Rozhdestvensky Boulevard.
Siloviki detained Sobol when she was about to leave for an uncoordinated rally in support of independent candidates on Boulevard Ring, Interfax reported.
To recall, after the rally on July 27, Sobol was fined 30 thousand rubles ($460) for organizing an uncoordinated rally in Novopushkinsky Square.
Following the previous rally, the supporters of opposition candidates to the Moscow City Duma submitted applications to hold rallies in their support on August 10 and 11. In addition, an application was filed for rallies on Boulevard Ring on August 3.
