Leningrad region: Tosninsky district deputy caught driving drunk
The released video shows how Alexander Kanzerev can hardly fill in the protocol.
Inspectors of the 1st unit of the Traffic Police stopped Nissan Navara, driven by Deputy of the Tosnensky district Alexander Kanzerev (Head of the village of Krasny Bor). It turned out that the driver was drunk, 47news.ru reports. The incident occurred on the night of 8 February on 9th Road in the Krasny Bor. He was asked to take the test, which confirmed on a drunkenness. And before the video, which shows how inspectors draw up a report on the Head of the Krasnoborsky settlement, was published.
Answering inspector's question “What do you belt down”, the Deputy slurly said “Everything I could drink”. He does not deny his intoxication. Kanzerev could hardly fill in the protocol, he politely informed the inspector about that.
During a conversation with the traffic police officer, the Deputy periodically looked around and grabbed the phone. He showed no aggression or anger.
