Leadership of ICR for Balashikha suspended from work after residents complaint to Bastrykin
Three Moscow Region investigators were dismissed following the ICR Chairman’s meetings with the citizens.
After complaints during a personal meeting, the ICR Chairman Alexander Bastrykin dismissed three investigators in the Moscow Region and instructed him to launch an official probe in respect of the ICR head in Balashikha and his deputy. Both investigators were suspended from work, the ICR press service reports.
“The course of consideration of all received complaints and applications was taken under the ICR chairman’s personal control,” the ICR spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko said.
Residents of Balashikha complained about the inaction of the local insurance company, despite several complaints about forced residence in an emergency house. For more than ten years, the tenants of the house built in 1946 are denied new housing. Bastrykin instructed the acting heads of the ICR Directorate for the Moscow Region to immediately initiate a criminal case.
