Kubinka City Administration driver shot and knocked over officials of Odintsovsky District community administrations
The reason for the attack on the Kubinka Deputy Mayor and the Deputy Head of the village of Chastsovskoe is unknown. The driver was placed on the wanted list.
The police issued the Kubinka City Administration driver on the wanted notice. According to the police, on July 9 in the village of Gar-Pokrovskoye, a conflict broke out between the Kubinka City Administration driver and two officials of the Odintsovo District. The driver, a former Afghan war participant, pushed out several shots from a firearm, and then hit them with his Hyundai. Victims were the Kubinka the Deputy Mayor and the Deputy Head of the Chastsovskoe village. Men were taken to the hospital with head injuries and fractures, according to Bloknot. The incident occurred on the territory of the local garage co-operative. The reason of the conflict are yet unknown.
According to some reports, the driver tried firstly to knock over the government officials with his vehicle, and then walked out of it and opened fire. It is also reported that the crime was committed with Hyundai Starex, but the perpetrator took off the scene in Hyundai Elantra.
The interception plan has been initiated in the Region. So far, the driver has not been detain.
