Kuban: ex-policeman beats detainee and flees from investigation

The alleged accomplice of the crime, the Traffic Police inspector, was detained.

Armavir investigators are looking for a former police officer, Dmitry Andrusenko, who is accused of beating an administrative detainee with causing grievous bodily harm. Andrusenko was put on the wanted list, and his accomplice, a 21-year-old Traffic Police inspector, was detained, the press service of the ICR’s Investigative Directorate for the Krasnodar Region reported. 

According to the investigation, on March 3, 2019 during their daily duty, the Traffic Police inspector and Andrusenko beat the detainee, who asked to be taken to the toilet. The inspector allegedly held the detainee, while Andrusenko kicked him in the stomach several times. As a result, doctors diagnosed the victim with a bladder rupture.
