Kofemania manager gives vague testimony about brawl caused by Mamaev and Kokorin
A witness in the high-profile case said that he could have made a mistake with a material evidence.
Ambiguous testimony at the trial of the fight of Mamaev and Kokorin was given by the manager of Kofemania Alexander. He told the court that he did not know famous footballers, but he was familiar with the injured Denis Pak. The official is his regular customer.
He explained that he turned on the security camera, only because he was warned that they were famous football players.
He did not see the fight, as he left home after the shift, but he learned about the incident from the news.
Moreover, Alexander said that he doubted that the chair given by him to the police was an evidence. He stated that he was not sure that Pak was beaten exactly by it.
According to him, he gave the first chair that came across, as the law enforcement officers told him: “If you don’t give us one chair, we’ll take everything!”
Lawyer Romashov asked Alexander a question why the chair was so damaged: “Maybe it stood there for 17 years, or maybe...”
Former Head of the Losino-Petrovsky district of the Moscow region, Oleg Fetyukov, did not enjoy his power in the local administration for a long time. Just a year after his appointment, the long-term deputy of Andrey Vikharev voluntarily resigned. The courageous step did not save Fetyukov from arrest. Immediately after this, a number of media outlets stated that Fetyukov was “set up”– the charges seem too small to his defenders. The enemies attributed to Fetyukov did not achieve too much either. So whom does the ex-head of Losino-Petrovsky “replace” under investigation and how long will the investigators be content with the replacement?
