One of them, a 27-year-old native of Makhachkala, resorted to live fire after midnight on Rasul Gamzatov prospect. He shot from Mercedes. Despite the fact that the shooting was taking place among the crowd, no one got injuries.

“When he was told to stop the shooting by law enforcers, he reacted aggressively. He started a scuffle and disobeyed. The hooligan was detained and taken to a police division. His nonlethal pistol was seized from him,” police told REN TV.

The hooligan admitted he did the shooting with diversionary devices. He says he recognized his guilt and and understood he could not do the shooting among the crowd.
