Khabarovsk techs find Kalashnikov bullet in passenger plane skin
According to some reports, the plane was shot on October 17 on its way from Nikolaevsk-on-Amur to Khabarovsk.
When examining the An-24 passenger aircraft that had landed in Khabarovsk, a bullet from a Kalashnikov assault rifle was found in its covering. Interfax reported the news citing sources at the Khabarovsk airport.
According to the source, when servicing the aircraft, technicians were alarmed by an abnormal hole in the nose of the aircraft. When the skin was removed, a bullet from a machine gun was found inside.
According to REN-TV, the plane was shot in the air on October 17, as it was flying from Nikolaevsk-on-Amur to Khabarovsk. There are checks in place that will determine what happened.
