Kaluga police open criminal case for lezginka dancing on the road

The detainees blocked road traffic to dance

A criminal case under hooliganism (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) was opened in Kaluga after a company of young people blocked the road with cars to dance a lezginka, Interfax reports. At the same time, according to the investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kaluga, the dancers showed "an item looking like a weapon."

The prosecutor's office of the Kaluga region reports that there are already suspects in the case.

A video in which young people block the road and dance was published online. The Safe City YouTube channel states that the incident occurred on Kirov Street. In total, five cars blocked the traffic.
