Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov has criticized Deputy Chairman of the Government for Construction and Regional Development, Vitaly Mutko, because the latter did not attend an important event held in the republic. The politician complained that the deputy prime minister ignored the celebrations dedicated to the 200th anniversary of Grozny.

“There were so many government delegations from all over the world, and the deputy prime minister who oversees the regions did not even come,” Kadyrov said.

He also noted that Mutko, who went on vacation, could have spent it in the Caucasus, where he would have been shown a beautiful place.

Other participants in the discussion said that despite the absence of Mutko in the region, he personally oversaw the preparations for the Grozny celebration. This phrase also caused Kadyrov’s displeasure, who said that he “did not see any help from him.”
