Judge fired after video of assault on police officers
On video the detainee judge Denis Bayeshko repeatedly attacks police officers.
The Qualification Board of Judges in the Krasnodar Region dismissed the Kurganinsky district court judge Denis Bayeshko after video on which he attacks officers, who detained him, writes the Legal.Report.
On the record a heavily built man in a sports suit with his hands chained behind the back behaves provocatively and repeatedly kicks the police officers that detained him. Law enforcement officers do not dare to apply force officers to the tractor in response, because by law, the judge may not be detained and subject to a search.
After video was distributed in the Internet, the Judicial Council of the region began a check concerning Bayeshko, by results of which recommended to deprive the judge of powers.
