"It is the child's fault": Woman knocks drunk child dead
Olga Alisova's relatives say that she could not influence the investigation of the case in one way or another, let alone ask the investigator to recognize the child drunk at the time of the accident. The expert, whose signature appears in the medical examination of the deceased boy, said that he had signed the document without looking at it.
Olga Alisova, who knocked six-year-old Alyosha Shimko in Balashikha with her car, receives threats, the relatives of the woman told radio station Govorit Moskva (Says Moscow). According to them, Alisova is threatened to be poured with acid and dealt away in other possible ways.
The incident that occurred in April this year was widely publicized only now, when a medical examination of the boy who died under the wheels of the car got in the hands of journalists. It says that the blood of 6-year-old Alyosha Shimko had 2.7 per mille of alcohol, which corresponds to one bottle of vodka. "The victim was in a state of intoxication at the time of death, which could correspond to a strong degree", the expert concluded. After this terrible history was publicized, expert Mikhail Kleimenov said that he had not conducted an examination at all, but had simply made a biomaterial sampling and sent it to the capital's clinic. Kleimenov signed the results received almost without looking. It is interesting that, according to some sources, a doctor who actually studied the boy's biomaterials suddenly went on vacation.
The public has already had time to accuse Olga Alisova of bribing the investigators. In addition, the media reported that the woman was married to a member of a crime group, involved in atrocious crimes. And it is the bandit husband, whose wife for some reason drives a low-end Hyundai Solaris, tries to protect Alisova from a term due to his influence.
The woman's relatives assure that the accused did not influence the investigation by any means.
"All the facts are overdone – they say the wife of the head of the gang begins to buy off and talk her way out. This all is lies – there are indisputable facts. Her husband is indeed serving a term, he committed a crime as part of the group, he has been behind bars for a long time, and he is to be released soon. He became incarcerated the age of 20, a minor simpleton", one of Olga Alisova's relatives told radio station Govorit Moskva.
The interlocutors of the radio station also told that the 31-year-old defendant worked as a "simple consultant" in a communications store.
"It is such nonsense to buy evidence that there was half a liter [of vodka] in the child – this is nonsense, just nonsense. This can be checked at once. Some kind of absurd. I think that this is some kind of ridiculousness", the relative of Alisova said.
It is noted that at the moment the woman is in a state of shock.
Earlier, the Investigative Committee announced its intention to take the investigation of the case from the police. Moreover, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation Elena Mizulina paid attention to the situation.
"I will keep track of the situation. All that is happening right now before our eyes is utter chaos and absurdity. I do not believe that the child could be drunk. And how does this affect the proven fact of hitting the child? Does it mean that you can knock down a drunk man?" Mizulina's press service quotes her. "If it transpires that the police officers committed fraud, this is a very serious criminal offense related to the falsification of the materials of the criminal case".
