Investigators name cause of mysterious death of Siberian transport police deputy head
The body of Colonel Kuliev was found near the railway tracks.
Colonel Ruslan Kuliev, Deputy Head of Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Transport Department, died of hypothermia. The body was found yesterday near the railway tracks.
The corpse of the security official, 49, was found by a dog handler. According to the preliminary theory, the policeman had drunk too much on Christmas night and was unable to get home on his own. Kuliev was completely naked; his clothes were found nearby. That indicates that the colonel died of cold since usually, a victim feels as if the whole body was burning in such circumstances.
It is noteworthy that the information about Ruslan Kuliev had disappeared from the website of the local MIA department as far back as Thursday, January 10.
Seventeen Russian Governors are facing criminal prosecution for bribe-taking. The rest of them may be jailed any time for exceedance of official powers. At least, Nezygar (@russica2) Telegram channel claims so citing an unidentified source in the law enforcement structures. However, according to that source, it is currently prohibited to prosecute top-level officials. In 2018, the operatives had only searched offices of Vice Governors or Deputy Ministers – not their bosses. The CrimeRussia found out what supreme functionaries are on the hook of the law enforcement authorities and may be immediately indicted if the President orders so.
