Investigative Committee of Russia withdrew arrest of 1 billion rubles on Domodedovo’s accounts
Earlier, the court justified Dmitry Kamenshchik, whose company controls Domodedovo airport.
The conservatory attachment on the amount of 1 billion rubles was withdrawn from the account of managing company of Dmitry Kamenshchik due to the lack of further need, the Kommersant reports.
According to the representative of Domodedovo airport, earlier the means were transferred in the ICR as a guarantee for the victims, who filed claims against the company. This prevented the agency from having to arrest the property of the airport that would lead to the disruption of the latter.
The owner of Domodedovo Dmitry Kamenshchik and also the former Head of Russian representative office Airport Management Company Limited Svetlana Trishina, the managing Director of CJSC Domodedovo Airport Aviation Security Andrey Danilov and the Director of the airport complex Vyacheslav Nekrasov were accused of violations of safety in the company which led to terrorist attack of 2011. Last week the court found all defendants in the case not guilty, due to lack of evidence.
