"There is no reason to charge and detain men, to whom came to handle associates: in actions there were seen signs of self-defense. In addition, the suspect turned himself in to law enforcement bodies, showing a willingness to cooperate," - explained investigators.
Recall that the former commando and businessman Oleg Shishov, who reflected the attack on his house, voluntarily surrendered to the police and wrote a statement about bringing to justice those who attacked him. According to investigators, on Saturday, 3 September, a group of aggressive persons, including at least 16 men armed with weapons and firearms, seven cars arrived at the scene.
