In case of slaughter at Rochdelskaya new involvants at hands of Italian appeared
A criminal investigation of slaughter at Rochdelskaya street in the center of Moscow, which took place December 14, 2015, is in progress. As Life found out, other day officers of the Chief Intelligence Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation attached in Moscow and called in question two fellows of Solntsevskiy authority Andrew Kochuykov known as Italian. He was one of those who participated in the firefight.
According to reports, it is referred to engineer of Project company and a longtime friend of Italian. The investigators believe that the detainees had a hand in a blackmail of 8 million rubles from Jeanne Kim – she is an entrepreneur, which made a slaughter at Rochdelskaya. They have already confessed to officers of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
It is a reminder that on the official version of the investigators a group of 15-armed men came to grips after unsuccessful bargaining on the "debt matter”. According to Crime Russia, one of the side were officers of the private security company (PSF), which is under the control of thief within the law Zakhar Kalashov called by Shakro Molodoy (Young), the other one were former officers of district organized crime unit, now engaged in rendering debt collection services. The supervisor of the group was a former battalion commander of Russian Rapid Deployment Police Task Force in Moscow Edward Budantsev. Former security force defended the interests of Jeanne Kim in this firefight.
As a result of slaughter there were killed two officers of PSF, which is under the control of Shakro Molodoy. Not only participants of the firefight, but police officers became persons of interest, because they arrived for the callout, but did not determine actions to prevent tragic consequences.
Since early February, there has been a preventive operation of the National Police of Ukraine in cooperation with the border and migration services called ‘Migrant’. Its aim is to identify and expel thieves in law and foreign crime lords out of the country.
