ICR demands to arrest assistant of Chechen Republic Prosecutor for shooting at wedding in Moscow
The Prosecutor General's Office also carries out checks, according results of which Magomed Guchigov can be fired.
In the Nagatinsky District Court of Moscow it has received two applications for the arrest of two members of the shooting tuple on the Kashirskoe Highway. Some of them are the assistant of the Prosecutor of the Shali district of Chechnya Magomed Guchigov, the second one is Yesenkin, there is no information about other defendants. Men are charged with Hooliganism (part 1, Art. 213 of the Criminal Code). With regard to offenders there were already drawn up 17 administrative protocols, including leaving the lane, designated for oncoming traffic, for use of the light transmittance, which does not comply with the technical regulations.
"The hearing was postponed for 72 hours, for the same time, the period of their detention extended," - reported the press service of the court to TASS.
The Moscow Prosecutor's Office conducts check against Guchigov. The official representative of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Alexander Kurennoj noted that strict disciplinary action will be taken against the detainee in the case of finding out violations in his actions, including the dismissal from the structure. The examination will assess his actions, the execution of requirements of the law, the oath of the Prosecutor and the Code of Ethics of public workers.
