Human rights defenders leave ‘ with a clear conscience.’. Foreigner in Vladimirsky Central cuts out his tongue himself
Representatives of the public monitoring commission have visited Vladimirsky Central and explored its CCTV videorecordings.
Vladimirsky Central’s inmate Mdivanishvili D.V. has confirmed he had maimed himself - cut out his tongue in a toilet room of the correctional facility. This has been reported by a chairman of the public monitoring commission Viacheslav Kulikov.
In Kulikov’s words, he and his workmates have visited the inmate in the colony’s psych ward. The inmate has confirmed during the meeting he had not been tortured by anyone. Kulikov added that Mdivanishvili is now pantomiming. Moreover, the commission’s head believes the prisoner was calm and level-headed.
Members of the public monitoring commission have also visited Vladimirsky Central and explored its CCTV videorecordings. One can see from the recordings that the inmate is entering the toilet room; and the human rights defenders state no one else is entering the toilet room, and Mdivanishvili is leaving the room covered in blood.
“It’s all captured by the CCTV. We have left with a clear conscience, knowing that the man had committed it himself, and no prison employees had tortured him.” Kulikov noted.
The CrimeRussia had earlier reported that the president of Foreign citizens center for combating illegal migration Roman Kayfajan had stated that Mdivanishvili had been tortured in Vladimirsky Central with his tongue cut out and teeth broken.
Redistribution on Ai-Petri plateau: demolition of facilities worth 1 billion, no compensation, and arm of Sberbank
One and a half years after the demolition of Tatar cafes on the Ai-Petri plateau, their owners are trying to sue the promised compensation from the Crimean government, but to no avail: the courts make decisions not in favor of them. They did not get the promised new land for business either. And all because in May 2017 a banal replotting and destruction of a cluster of small and medium-sized businesses was carried out on Ai-Petri. But cafes and retail outlets still function there: also with a national flavor, but different already. The CrimeRussia tried to figure out who and why demolished some joints for the sake of building by others, and how in the near future they plan to use the mountain pearl.
Earlier, it was reported that the head of the Shali district of Chechnya, Turpal-Ali Ibragimov, Ramzan Kadyrov’s cousin, was responsible for the accident with two dead. Now the republican MIA officially declares that Ibragimov’s second cousin was driving.
