Hockey player Artem Bezrukov goes on rampage during Sochi - Chelyabinsk flight
The professional athlete refused to comply with the requests by the crew.
Transit police have detained a former hockey player of Yuzhny Ural Orsk hockey team Artem Bezrukov who went on a rampage during Sochi - Chelyabinsk flight by Nordwind Airlines, reports REN TV.
According to the TV-channel, the incident took place on July 30. The 36-year-old professional athlete was taken to the police control room of Chelyabinsk airport for violation of rules of passenger conduct on board aircraft.
Bezrukov is reported to have failed to comply with the requests by the crew and orders by the pilot. Administrative protocol was drawn up against the hockey player under article Violation of rules of passenger conduct at the airport and on board aircraft (article 11.17, item 6 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation).
