Head of the largest construction company in Kirov detained in Vnukovo with cocaine
Businessman Alexey Lopatkin was in a state of drug intoxication when he was detained by the siloviki.
The customs officers of the Vnukovo airport detained director of the largest construction company of the Kirov region UKS Avitek Alexey Lopatkin with two packets of cocaine.
The detention took place in early April, but the details became known only now. On April 7 Lopatkin flew flight number 806 from Milan to Moscow. According to operational information, the Vnukovo Customs anti-smuggling department knew in advance about the possible drug smuggling. During the search of personal belongings there were found two convolutions with cocaine weighing 5.3 grams. One plastic bundle with compressed cocaine was found in a ski bag, the second in a suitcase.
In addition, medical examination showed that Lopatkin flew from Milan in a state of narcotic (cocaine) intoxication.
With regard to the head of UKS Avitech the investigation department of Vnukovo Customs initiated a criminal case under Part 3 of Art. 229.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Illegal Transfer of Narcotic and Psychotropic Substances across the customs border on a large scale).
Now Alexey Lopatkin, according to the Kirov publication Navigator, is placed in one of the Moscow pre-trial detention center.

The investigators found two rifles, including one with an optical sight, seven thousand cartridges, 14 improvised explosive devices, ten grenades, 140 detonators, a rocket-propelled grenade and 14 rounds in the unfinished building.
