Ingushetia Center for Combatting Extremism Head detained under suspicion of banditry
In Ingushetia on suspicion of participation in banditry Head Center for Combatting Extremism (CCE) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Ingushetia Timur Hamkhoyev was detained.
As official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Irina Volk told Interfax, operation on his detention was performed by forces of FSB officers and General Administration of Internal Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Participation in commission of illegal acts by the head of CCE is established. By results of investigative actions he was detained under Art. 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation.
It is reported that together with Hamkhoyev field investigators of FSB detained several of his subordinates.
According to him, detention was carried out by the staff of the FSB regional Departmnet and the Central Board of the Internal Security Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Together with Hamkhoyev, his several subordinates were detained, Interfax reports.
The ICR is checking into former Head of the Moscow Bureau of Forensic Expertise Evgeny Kildyushov and his deputy Oksana Doronina for using gray schemes of procurement and payment of salaries to ‘ghost employees’. Last week, the bureau was searched by the FSB.
