The grandson of Khabarovsk Territory former Governor Viktor Ishaev arranged an accident at the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD), Life reports. His Mercedes-CLS car rammed two cars and a wagon that capsized and blocked three MKAD strips. The accident occurred early in the morning around the first kilometer of the MKAD, which led to a severe congestion.
At the wheel of the car 22-year-old Igor Ishaev was. As a result of the accident, he and his passenger, 23-year-old Murad Balakerimov, suffered. Ishaev was hospitalized with a fracture of the clavicle, and Balakerimov - with an open fracture of both legs.
