For “tearing Prosecutor’s head off” OCG member may face up two additory years
The criminal case against a member of an organized criminal group, who on July 12 promised to “tear the Prosecutor’s head off” at the hearing, submitted to the Prosecutor's Office for confirmation of the indictment.

According to the files, the accused, while being in the dock on charges of theft as a member of the OCG, threatened the Prosecutor’s Assistant of the Krasnokutsk district with death.
The threat to tear Prosecutor’s head, if involved in the case got a life imprisonment, sounded at least twice - from the dock and in the foyer of the court while dealing with journalists, the newspaper Moskovsky Komsomolets reported.
39-year-old Saratov native will be sentenced for "threat of harm to health in connection with the administration of justice in the court," the Investigation Committee explained. That is fraught for him to two years imprisonment in addition to the sentence for the main case.
Ismail Efendiev is suspected of exceeding authority in connection with the investigation of cases of detained earlier former First Deputy Prime Minister Ramazan Aliyev and nephew of the former head of Dagestan Askhabali Abdulatipov. Searches are being conducted at Efendiev's office and house.
