A female interrogator raped by senior Ufa police officers felt sick during a court hearing in her case. The trial was suspended one and a half hours after the start. The victim felt bad when she was reading her testimony from the phone.
The 23-year-old ex-employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs appeared in court for the first time since she was abused last fall. The accused in the case are 50-year-old Head of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs Department for Karmaskalinsky district, Salavat Galiyev, 34-year-old Head of the Migration Department of the Ufa region Major Pavel Yaromchuk, and 51-year-old Head of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs Department in the Ufa region Eduard Matveyev. All three defendants deny their guilt.
According to investigators, on the night of October 31, the accused, after drinking alcohol together, were raping the 23-year-old interrogating officer all night. The victim is a daughter of Deputy Head of Rosgvardia for Bashkiria Irek Sagitov.
The victim has ignored subpoenas for a long time. She did not appear at a hearing on August 6 as her lawyer felt unwell. The next court hearing is scheduled for August 15.
