Federal Penal Service has placed contract for state procurement for construction of prison inmates in Crimea

The procurement was posted on March 16, 2016. According to the public procurement conditions, prisoners should be brought to the construction of the pre-trial detention center in Simferopol on 366 seats. The contract price is 0 rubles. In the document “Notice of the procurement" stated that commodity is to be delivered within the time from May to December 2016.
The service provider has become a penal colony №1 of the Federal Penal Service in Crimea and Sevastopol.
