Father of 15-y.o. silverspooner who run over traffic policemen shot cop and was convicted for fraud
The teenager is also tried for theft.
The father of 15-year-old Darya, who run over two Road Patrol Service inspectors with a Mercedes-Benz E-class 200 in Chelyabinsk, turns out to be a major gangland businessman. Vladimir has established three firms in the Uysk region. According to SPARK, the revenue of the most successful company last year amounted to 58.4 million rubles ($825,562), and the profit 16 million rubles ($241,040).
It is noteworthy that Vladimir was previously convicted for swindling related to deception of business partners two times. Moreover, the schoolgirl’s father was released from colony this year. He had served two years for Hooliganism Committed in a State of Alcoholic Intoxication. In February 2016, he made three shots at a police officer who tried to detain him outside a bar on Gagarin street in the Leninsky district, and then was shot in the shin by Lieutenant Eduard Samsitdinov. The fact that the police officer was in civilian clothes saved Vladimir from being charged with Use of Violence Against a Representative of the Power (Art. 318 of the Russian Criminal Code). As a result, the court sentenced him to 2 years’ ordinary imprisonment.
Media also report that he had previously worked as an official, but his post is not specified. Despite a series of criminal cases, the entrepreneur participates in projects significant for the municipality and has even received an award badge “For merits to the district.”
As for his daughter Darya, just a few days before the scandalous traffic accident with Mercedes, proceedings began in a case, in which she is a defendant and accused of Robbery with the threat of using violence (part 2 of Art. 161) and Extortion (part 1 of Art. 163).
“According to the investigation, in late May, the defendant, under the false pretext, extorted a thousand rubles from an acquaintance with whom she goes to the same school, and a few days later, she took away two gold earrings from the same friend and another schoolgirl, threatening them to use violence,” Senior Assistant Prosecutor of the Leninsky district of Chelyabinsk Olesya Khlyzova told 74.ru. “She told the girls she would ‘smear them on the pavement’ and then make them ‘eat it and kiss her boots.’” Knowing the defendant well, the schoolgirls took her threats for granted and handed over the jewelery, which she then sold at a pawnshop.
The defendant does not admit her guilt and claims she has been defamed. Darya’s father stood up for his daughter, saying that the victims themselves had sold jewelry and then spent the revenue on drink.
As previously reported by The CrimeRussia, in Chelyabinsk on November 17, drunk Darya run over two Road Patrol Service inspectors with a Mercedes-Benz E-class 200 and crashed into a traffic sign, after which she and a young man tried to escape from the scene of the accident. The incident was reported only in early December, since police officers had tried to cover it up. A check is currently in progress.

Aqua business on Baikal. Chinese people to drink the unique lake to the lees? What does this have to do with Deripaska?
Following a request from the West-Baikal Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office, the Kirovsky District Court of Irkutsk has suspended the construction of a water bottling plant in Kultuk township, Slyudyanka district, pending the rectification of defects identified in the course of the inspection. The construction has been put on hold; the court has to make the final decision in two months. In the meantime, public activists and environmentalists are ringing alarm bells. An all-Russia public rally to protect Lake Baikal is scheduled to March 24; its program includes collection of signatures against the plant construction by AquaSib company belonging to Chinese investors. A day after the court decision, a fire occurred on Talovskie swamps in Kultuk – it must be noted that the main claims brought against the project owners pertain to these swamps. The CrimeRussia was figuring out what threats does the project pose to the lake and local environment, how was it approved, whether a ‘water competition’ is possible in the region, and what has oligarch Oleg Deripaska to do with this?
