FAS extended trial of dispute between Rosneft and Transneft for one month
FAS officials extended the proceedings of the dispute of the two oil companies.
The Federal Antimonopoly Service has extended the Rosneft application's consideration for month, in which the company disputes the method of oil residues accounting in Transneft. Head of the FAS management of the fuel and energy complex Dmitry Mahonin told journalists.
According to him, the decision on extension was made due to the fact that Transneft provided incomplete information on the case. Manohin also stressed that as a whole the FAS position has been prepared, but there is necessity to discuss further details.
Earlier, the media wrote that the dispute of Transneft and Rosneft may be delayed. Sechin's company insists that the actual losses during transportation were taken into account (within the Ministry of Energy's standard). Now, technological losses are calculated according to the method proposed by Transneft and approved by the Ministry of Energy in 2013.
According to the investigation, having taken a five-billion loan ($88.7m) from Sberbank in 2008, the owner of Pavlovskgranit deliberately split up the assets of the company so that creditors could not bring a charge against him to court.
