Ex-head of Magomed Daudov’s security team dies in car accident after he gets degree of MIA’s Management Academy

Head of the Department of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Shalinsky district and police major Tamerlan Musaev has failed to control the car and died in a car accident on a highway in the Rostov region, the previous night, reports Kavkaz. Realii with reference to its sources.
Musaev is known to have gone to Moscow to get his degree of MIA’s Management Academy. He got in the car accident on his way home.
Before his current position, Tamerlan Musaev had been a head of the security team of Chechnya’s parliament Magomed Daudov. He had been related to a criminal case of Ruslan Kutaev - the first political prisoner during Ramzan Kadyrov’s government.
Kutaev then stated he had been beaten up after detention - by a deputy Minister of Chechnya’s MIA Apti Alaudinov and a head of the administration of Chechnya; and he had been tortured with an electric shock by Tamerlan Musaev.
Besides that, the sources of the portal add that Musaev had skin cancer and went through a surgery in Moscow’s scientific centre for oncology named after Blokhin.
