Employee of Krasnodar region's Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment attacks FSB officer
The injured frontier guard has been diagnosed with a closed craniocerebral injury and multiple bruises.
The incident has occurred in the estuary area of the Dzhubga River on the Black Sea coast.
An employee of a frontier patrolling department was monitoring the compliance with the rules of frontier regime when he noticed an unknown boat. He came closer and demanded that the man on board show his documents.
The man told the law enforcer that he did not have any documents. Moreover, he was not the owner of the ship. After that, he made a phone call, and 15 minutes later the owner of the boat arrived on the hydrocycle.
He reacted aggressively at the FSB officer's request to produce his papers, attacking him with a stick. He started beating the man and swearing at him. As a result, the border guard was diagnosed with a concussion, a craniocerebral injury, and numerous bruises and abrasions.
The attacker has been detained; the question of whether to initiate criminal proceedings against him is currently being decided.
As noted by the press service of the Krasnodar region FSB Border Management, the attacker turned out to be an employee of the Tuapse district department of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Krasnodar Region.
