Drunk Dagestani investigator forces defendant to drink cognac
The lawyers have filed a collective complaint against the investigator, whom suspects constantly accuse of threats and alcoholism, but he continues to serve in this position.
Mash posted a video showing Investigator Ilya Tsyrkunov cursing out a defendant. At first, the investigator tries to force the man to drink cognac (“This is me being an investigator and telling you... Hear my words – fancy some cognac?”), and threatens him with beating.
It is reported that it is not the first time that lawyers have accused the investigator of threats and alcoholism; they had already filed a collective complaint against him, but it never came to service checks, and Tsyrkunov continues to serve in his position.
A video with the drunk investigator, which is replete with obscene language, was filmed by a lawyer of one of the suspects. The law enforcement body, in which Ilya Tsyrkunov works, is not specified.
Crimean Deputy Prime Minister Igor Mikhailichenko did not exclude the possibility that the entire premises would become a memorial, just as it happened to the school building in Beslan, which was seized by terrorists in 2004.
