Donetsk resident recognizes man detained in Kerch Strait as SBU officer who tortured him
Law enforcement bodies of Donetsk have also got interested in this fact.
A resident of Donetsk says that one of the Ukrainian sailors detained during the Kerch Strait incident is an officer of the Security Service of Ukraine, who has tortured him. This is reported by Head of the Russian FSB Investigations Directorate Mikhail Shishov.
One of the Donetsk residents contacted the FSB after he recognized one of the detainees as the SBU officer who had tortured him in Berdyansk. It is reported that law enforcement bodies of Donetsk have also got interested in this fact.
In addition, the FSB representative said that prior to the incident, Ukrainian sailors had staged provocations in the Kerch Strait many times. Border boats threatened to shoot to kill Russians if they approached them at less than 20 cables.
To recall, November 25, Russian FSB border guard ships seized two Ukrainian boats and a tug. The Russian side claims that it was not notified of this route. The Ukrainian side insists that it warned the ports of Kerch and Caucasus, but received no response.
The FSB issued a record of interrogation of the detained sailors, saying that there were employees of the Security Service of Ukraine among them. Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine Gritsak confirmed this information.
