DNA results: Krasnodar cannibals had human meat stored in fridge
The availability of human meat in the refrigerator of Krasnodar cannibals is confirmed by DNA examination.
According to Senior Assistant to Head of the ICR Main Investigations Directorate in the Krasnodar region Natalya Smyatskaya, the meat found in a jar with saline solution in Baksheevs' freezer is human. This is confirmed by DNA results. Moreover, the remains belong to a single victim.
Natalya Smyatskaya also noted that the information about cat and dog meat stored in Baksheevs' fridge has not been confirmed.
To recall, Dmitry and Natalya Baksheev have been arrested on charged of murder and dismemberment of a woman. After they were detained, it became known that the spouses had been killing and eating people for 20 years. According to unconfirmed reports, their victims were about 30 people.
