Details have been reported about Ruslan Imangulov, the 21-year-old son of a deputy of the village of Kushanak, Chelyabinsk region, who was driving a Toyota Mark II when he killed a 58-year-old woman and a 49-year-old man.

It turns out that the rich kid is known for his “sports driving” style and “passion for fast cars”, RenTV reports referring to locals. Moreover, for his three-year history of driving, the boy has been brought to administrative responsibility 50 times. 47 of them happened during the previous year.

The press service of the traffic police in the region reported that a criminal case was instituted against the deputy’s son under the article “Violation of traffic rules, resulting in the death of two or more people”.

The driver claims that he was not to blame for the accident, as he just accidentally crashed into the sidewalk when he tried to drive around a dog that had suddenly appeared on the road. It was established that the deputy’s son was sober at the time of the accident.
