Deputy beat train security for request not to urinate in vestibule
The debaucher broke the guard’s jaw and caused numerous face injuries.
The Privolzhskoye Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee in transport initiated a criminal case against the MP of the Council of People's Deputies of the Kupriyanovskoe municipal formation in the Vladimir Region due to drunken incident on the train.
The Deputy of the municipal formation Kupriyanovskoe in the Vladimir Region was drunk in the train going from Nizhny Novgorod to Gorokhovets and decided to ease himself in the vestibule of the car. When a security officer tried to forbid him to do so, the Deputy beat him up.
According to Interfax, the incident occurred on July 26, 2016. According to the investigation, "the suspect, in a state of alcoholic intoxication, in the car of the electric train, during a stop at the station Gorokhovets, intentionally, from personal hostility, punched the guard of the train a few times in the head and in the chest."
The victim's health was caused harm of average severity, said the agency. It is reported that the Deputy broke victim’s lower jaw and caused numerous face injuries.
Lieutenant General Oleg Troshin announced he is going to retire in May 2018. He is doing it following a decision taken a year ago – not due to non-existent issues with the agency reported by some local media outlets.
