Previously, a video of a scuffle appeared on the network.

The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on the Use of Violence Against a Representative of the Power (Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) after an attack on Rosgvardia employees by members of a criminal group in Ulyanovsk, according to the press service of the Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee in the Ulyanovsk region.

Previously, a video of scuffle appeared on the network. The police tried to detain one of the members of the youth organized crime group, but his comrades decided to take him back. Young people threatened the police, insulted them and offered to fight. Some shouted the word "AUE."

The Investigative Committee reports that after an attempt to detain the young man, a fight broke out. More than 10 people joined the conflict with the police. As a result of the fight, the Rosgvardia officers allegedly received bodily harm. It is also reported that the attackers tried to take the service weapons from the security officers, and they were forced to shoot into the air.

Suspects are reported to have been detained. The investigation is ongoing.
