The investigation is inclined to the version that Alexey Kleshko died voluntarily.

After the death of Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Krasnoyarsk Krai Alexey Kleshko, a criminal case was initiated on Incitement to Suicide (Art. 110 of the Criminal Code), Kommersant reports. The investigation believes that the Deputy Speaker of the Krasnoyarsk parliament died voluntarily.

As The CrimeRussia previously wrote, Kleshko's body was found on the morning of November 19 near his house in Dekabristov Street in Krasnoyarsk. The deceased had the keys to his apartment on the 12th floor on him. Suicide notes were found in his apartment, the contents of them have not been uncovered so far. The investigators are establishing whether the deceased was the author of the notes.

It is reported that a suicide note also found in Kleshko’s office.

Law enforcers specify that the initiation of the case on incitement to suicide gives the investigation a free hand to establish all the circumstances of the tragedy.

Journalist Dmitry Polushin remarked in social networks that Kleshko suffered from depression. A few years ago, the politician's mother died, he left no family and children.
