Crime scene managers find no traces of explosives at the site of Shakhty explosion
The epicenter of the explosion was the apartment No. 72.
During the inspection of the house in Shakhty, the Rostov region, that was affected by a gas explosion, crime scene managers did not find any traces of explosives, RIA Novosti reports referring to ICR Spokesperson Svetlana Petrenko.
According to her, employees of the ICR Criminal Investigation Center conducted an inspection using a gas analyzer, but did not find any traces of explosives.
It is noted that the epicenter of the explosion was established, namely, the apartment No. 72, where a 66-year-old woman lived. In addition, eyewitnesses to the incident said that on the eve of the incident, there was a smell of domestic gas in the stairwell.
It was previously reported that the bodies of all those killed in the explosion in Shakhty had been identified.
