Court explained Shamsuarov's Gelandewagen confiscation

The Gagarinsky Moscow court explained the son of the Lukoil Vice-President Ruslan Shamsuarov's Mercedes Benz Gelandewagen confiscation.
The official representative of the Gagarinsky district court Anastasia Skvortsova told the radio station Moskva govorit that the car was recognized as the material evidence and means of committing the crime.
The car was confiscated on the basis of para. 1, Art. 81 (Material Evidence recognized any items that served as instruments, equipment or other instrumentalities of crime or preserved traces of the crime) to the public revenue, Skvortsova said.
On October 17 the Gagarinsky Moscow court ruled on the scandalous case of the golden youth, who organized a race on Gelandewagen car in an attempt to escape from the pursuing police.
The son of the Lukoil Vice-President Ruslan Shamsuarov and his friend Viktor Uskov were found guilty of insulting the authorities and sentenced to 300 hours of correctional labor. The third person involved in the case Abduvahob Madjidov was acquitted by the court.
