Court arrested Mara Bagdasaryan for evading compulsory work
The infamous street racer, taking into account aggravating circumstances, is sentenced to 15 days.
The Magistrate's Court sentenced a participant of Gelandewagen races Mara Bagdasaryan to 15 days of administrative arrest for evasion from serving the compulsory work, the press service of the court section № 353 reported.
- The administrative material on Bagdasaryan was considered on Thursday, 12 of January. For committing an administrative offense under part 4 of Art. 20.25 of the Administrative Code, taking into account aggravating and mitigating circumstances, the judge appointed Bagdasaryan punishment in the form of administrative arrest for a period of 15 days, - the report says.
Earlier, the police found that Bagdasaryan owes 55 unpaid administrative fines.
In 2016, it was reported that the girl would be required to fulfill the work, assigned by the court, as a janitor in Moscow Sokol district.
Bagdasaryan was a witness in a criminal case on Gelandewagen race in Moscow. In addition, she was sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest for disobeying a lawful order of a police officer. The court also considered the material of the non-payment of 51 fines for traffic violations, the total amount of which exceeded 144 thousand rubles. For this, the girl was sentenced to 595 hours of compulsory labor.
Saburova believes that the Russian authorities violated articles 2 and 5 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, guaranteeing the right to life, as well as the right to freedom and personal inviolability.
