Chief of Langepas MIA Directorate investigator, who committed suicide, lowered and transferred to another city
At the same time, in her suicide note, the senior investigator Kristina Strebeltsova (Alkhovskaya) wrote directly that it was Dilara Murtazina, the head of the investigative department of the Langepas MIA Directorate, who drove her to suicide.
Police Colonel Dilara Murtazina, who headed the investigative department of the Langepas MIA Directorate, was demoted and transferred to Nizhnevartovsk as a regular investigator, Ura.ru reports with reference to the press service of the police of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District. The law enforcement authorities stressed that Murtazina's new position is not in leadership.
Recall that a native of Barnaul, the senior lieutenant of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kristina Alkhovskaya, shot herself from a service weapon in her office in the Langepas MIA Directorate on June 18th. The girl left a suicide note, in which she blamed the boss of her death, who, according to her, tormented her with cavils.
Kristina's colleagues told that when the chief, who hired her after transferring from Barnaul to the position of senior investigator, retired, the young and temperamental Dilara Murtazina took his post. According to colleagues, the relationship between her and Kristina did not go well from the very beginning – the boss often reprimanded the girl in front of everybody.
The Barnaul-based Bankfax news agency reported after the funeral of Alkhovskaya that the investigation did not want the parents to communicate with Kristina's colleagues, but they came to the hotel themselves and confirmed that the relationship between the head of the MIA Directorate for Langepas Dilara Murtazina and her subordinate were tense. Psychological pressure was also experienced by other police officers of the MIA Directorate for Langepas. Dilara Murtazina could call any of her subordinates at 2 am and demand, for example, to print a document for her. According to the mother of the deceased, Kristina herself wanted to leave the department, but the boss wanted to dismiss her for negative reasons so that the girl would not be employed anywhere else. These statements by Murtazina are confirmed by eyewitnesses.
Meanwhile, a criminal case on the fact of suicide of Kristina Strebeltsova (Alkhovskaya) was initiated on the fact of suicide. According to the program Izlom of the Surgut InformTV, the case against the supervisor of the deceased was initiated under Art. 110 of the Criminal Code "Insitement to suicide", but this information could not be confirmed. Currently, the investigation into the causes of death of Kristina Strebeltsova continues.
Oleg Zaytsev had wide connections within the criminal world and law enforcement agencies. This is being related to an organized crime group headed by Ruslan Kilievich that had allegedly been patronized by a former Federal Security Service Directorate officer Oleg Natalchenko. The crime group had also been a core driver for almost disbanding the criminal investigation department of the police.
