Careerist from Tyumen Police Department was caught fabricating cases
The employee of the Police has made false statements in criminal proceedings in order to move up the career ladder.
The Investigation Department of the ICR in Tyumen region has completed the investigation of the criminal case against the former inquiry officer of the Police Department №5. The woman was accused of Forgery (part 1, Art. 292 of the Criminal Code).
From December 2014 to April 2015 she has contributed the procedural documents with false information without the participation of victims and witnesses. Thus, the police employee wanted to move up the career ladder. Investigators determined forgery in seven criminal cases.
In the near future, a criminal case will be sent to the Prosecutor to decide on approval of the indictment.
Earlier, in respect of employees of the Tyumen Police Department (PD) №5 it has already initiated criminal case. Ura.ru reported that in January 2015 a police officer Andrew Mondyk, while beating from women false testimony, raped her. Later, Mondyk was sentenced to five years in prison. In January 2016 the police officer of hte PD №5 Tatiana Izmodenova organized the abduction of her husband's mistress, and then decided to order her husband. However, the attracted by Izmodenova killer (who is also a police officer) ratted her. For crimes Izmodenova received 8 years in prison. In May 2016 into the №5 PD has been appointed the new Chief, it was Alexander Simonov. The former Head Constantine Grebnev, according to the agency information sources, has returned to Novosibirsk.
Ismail Efendiev is suspected of exceeding authority in connection with the investigation of cases of detained earlier former First Deputy Prime Minister Ramazan Aliyev and nephew of the former head of Dagestan Askhabali Abdulatipov. Searches are being conducted at Efendiev's office and house.
The disappearance of an elderly Muscovite, who owns three rooms on Ostozhenka Street, and her disabled son, worried the neighbors, but the police refused to initiate criminal proceedings on their application. Housing in the elite area of the capital in the meantime was re-registered to a resident of St. Petersburg, who introduced herself as their relative.
