Breakdown of amusement ride in Sokolniki from which children fell out caught on video
The two victims were children of the head of the Russian branch of Porsche.
The moment of breakdown of the Kolobok ride in Moscow's Sokolniki Park, as a result of which children were injured, was recorded by video surveillance cameras. On the record, the ride stops due to a technical malfunction, after which the safety fasteners suddenly opened and the children fell to the ground, Channel Five reports.
The children received traumatic brain injuries of moderate severity. Two victims were taken to the emergency room, and one to the children's hospital. The two victims were children of the executive director of the Russian branch of Porsche.
The ICR Directorate for Moscow initiated a criminal case upon the incident.
