The security services staff cordoned off the territory of the Khanty-Mansiysk airport, where an Aeroflot plane named Alexander Solzhenitsyn, which was on its way from Surgut to Moscow, made an emergency landing half an hour ago.
As the correspondent of Znak.com reports from the scene, the security forces do not allow anyone into the airport building.
According to unofficial information, the plane could be hijacked by a man who demanded heading the plane towards Afghanistan after it flew from Surgut.
According to preliminary data, this passenger is 41 years old, his name is Pavel Shapovalov. He has already been detained, and most likely it is hooliganism.
There were 69 people on the board of the Aeroflot Boeing-737-800 NG with flight number SU-1515.
The Deputy Governor of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug Alexey Zabozlayev is at the airport.
