BMW of a thug, who beat up a woman on The Old Arbat street, belongs to the former adviser of Moscow's deputy mayor.

In the center of Moscow, on the Old Arbat Street, witnesses decided to record a video of brutal violation of traffic rules: BMW 7 run into a pedestrian area. The woman who saw that, reached out to her phone and started filming.
An angry man got out of the expensive car and attacked the woman, he knocked the phone out of her hands. The phone hit the ground and broke down. After that, other bystanders stood up for her.
As a result, the attacker was taken away by men in suits. The incident still was on the record.
By the number on the plates the owner of the car was determined - that foreign car belongs to 49-year-old Erast Mataev, who previously worked as an adviser to the Deputy Mayor of Moscow, Leonid Pechatnikov.
Until March of this year, Life states, he was the CEO of the State Institution called Sotsenergo.
The Media points out likeness of the attacker and Mataev himself.
The car has repeatedly been convicted of traffic violations, in particular, driving on the opposite lane of Kutuzovsky Prospekt.
