Bloody road accident in Serpukhov: initiator of accident arrested, her chief fired

Former Lieutenant of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Bulgakova is already dismissed from law-enforcement bodies for negative motives. Earlier, during interrogation the suspect partially admitted her guilt.
Besides, it became known that the Head of the Department of Inquiry, where Bulgakova served, is dismissed from law-enforcement bodies, the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk reported earlier.
Criminal case concerning the former employee of the Department of Inquiry of Inter-municipal Administration of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Serpukhov is suspected under part 6 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for violation traffic regulations, entailed death of two persons on imprudence.
According to the criminal case file, in the evening on December 11 in Serpukhov the 31-year-old employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs municipal authority of Russia, Serpukhov, Anastasia Bulgakova in alcohol intoxication violated traffic regulations, then hit and killed two pedestrians. Results of medical examination on alcoholic intoxication showed that in the policewoman’s blood at the time of road accident there were at least 0,59 ppm of alcohol.
According to Margarita Vennberg, Ivan Rubin borrowed 40 thousand euros from businessman Vladimir Tyurenkov about a year ago. When Rubin delayed payments, Tyurenkov raised interest, and the amount of the debt increased to 70 thousand euros.
