In Belgorod, residents farewelled murdered boxer Alexander Kostromin. REN TV quotes the president of the Belgorod Regional Sports Organization Boxing Federation, Shamil Kurbanov. According to him, the funeral was held at the cemetery of the village of Dubove in Belgorod. Kurbanov added that the Boxing Federation would provide material support to the relatives of the murdered boxer.

As The CrimeRussia has previously reported, Alexander Kotromin was killed on February 7 at about nine in the evening in the Ulitka neighborhood. The killer fled the scene at the Priora car.

In 2010, the resident graduated from the sports faculty of BelSU. The athlete got his severe first fight in 2005, becoming the winner of the Russian championship. In 2014, he won the gold of the international boxing tournament in the Crimea. Kostromin competed in the weight category of 81 kg. On February 16, he was supposed to participate in the fourth professional fight in a career in Riga.

Recently, Kostromin presented one of the private clubs in MMA Belgorod with the participation of professional boxers. Currently, the athlete's VK page is deleted. On February 9, he would have turned 30 years old.

The 29-year-old boxer often published posts about crime and bandits on social networks in the last days of his life, and there were many opposition videos in his videos. Now all social accounts of Kostromin are removed.
