Bailiffs brought opposition leader Alexey Navalny in Kirov, where tomorrow, February 1, to be held hearing on Yves Rocher's case. It is reported by the press service of the Moscow management of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP).
Earlier it was reported that officers escorted Navalny in one of the capital's airport and put on a plane. "The plane with Alexey Navalny arrived in the city of Kirov. Now, he's taken to the hotel. Tomorrow he will be taken to court,"- said the representative of the FSSP.
Recall that Navalny is also a defendant in the criminal case of theft Kirovles's property. The Kirov Leninsky court sentenced opposition to the suspended sentence, but the Supreme Court overturned the verdict in connection with a Navalny's complaint to the ECHR and sent the case for review.
Saburova believes that the Russian authorities violated articles 2 and 5 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, guaranteeing the right to life, as well as the right to freedom and personal inviolability.
