Bailiffs attach Perm deputy’s car
The parliamentarian owes 80.000-rubles’ worth of transport tax ($1.150).
Perm bailiffs seized a vehicle of a deputy of the Zemsky Assembly in the Bolshesosnovsky municipal district, who had accumulated 80.000 rubles ($1.150) of transport tax debts. Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Perm Region reports the news.
According to the ministry, the 43-year-old owner of the Chevrolet Niva was notified of the commencement of enforcement proceedings, but he did not react to this.
Therefore, the bailiffs had to attach the car. Documents are being prepared for its transfer to the auction. The money will be given to the federal budget, and the difference will be returned to the debtor, the Federal Bailiff Service said in a statement.
