Bailiffs arrested apartment of Sobyanin’s daughter in St. Petersburg
However, after a month the sanction was canceled in connection with the impossibility to find the owner of the property.
Anna Sobyanina's apartment (daughter of the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin) in St. Petersburg was arrested by bailiffs, Meduza reports with reference to data of the register of the real estate Infometr (Open Media project).
The sanction was applied in July of this year, however, as the portal notes, already in August the attachment was removed according to the article On Executive Production, which allows to suspend a case if the debtor or his property is impossible to be found.
According to the latest information provided by the Federal Service of State Registration, there are no restrictions imposed on Sobyanina's apartment on Malaya Konyushennaya Street.
On the website of bailiffs, it is not specified whether Sobyanina's property was arrested within executive production.
Open Media did not manage to contact Sobyanina herself. The press service of the Mayor of Moscow gave no response to the request.
In 2013 Aleksey Sobyanin wrote about the apartment of the Sobyanin’s daughter in St. Petersburg. He estimated the apartment of nearly 205 square meters at 116 million rubles ($2 million).
On September 21, kingpin Vladimir Vagin, aka Vagon, hanged himself. Two years earlier another thief in law Max Pioner also committed suicide. Vagon's lawyer does not believe in the version of suicide and intends to apply for a forensic medical examination.
