Attempted hacking of EMERCOM officer to death with axe in Moscow
Head of one of the fire stations in the North of Moscow was hospitalized with chopped wounds after a drunken feast at work.
According to the media, the incident occurred the other day in one of the fire stations in the North of Moscow. The fire department's head was celebrating his birthday in the workplace. Apart from fellow EMERCOM officers, he had also invited his cousin to the celebration. At some point during the feast, a conflict arose between the men, and the birthday man's relative grabbed a fire ax, attacking the former.
As a result, the emergency worker was hospitalized with wounds, doctors are now fighting for his life. As for the attacker, the witnesses of the conflict, i.e. the victim's colleagues, immediately apprehended him and locked him in a room of fire department, but the man managed to escape. The police are currently looking for him.
